AD of Finance, Reporting/Compliance
The Associate Director of Finance, Reporting/Compliance partners directly with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, oversee budgeting and payables, and support high-impact initiatives across a lean, fast-moving organization. It combines hands-on financial operations with modeling, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to solve complex challenges and enable growth.

Description
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to leadership, board members, and external stakeholders
- Lead scaling initiatives across budgeting, payables, and grant management
- Build financial models to assess feasibility of real estate and special projects
- Monitor org-wide financial activity to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and support audit readiness
- Contribute flexibly across a lean, high-impact team environment
Profile
- Progressive experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally in Education/NFP
- Proven record of success in financial analysis, project management, and problem solving.
- Experience with Intacct and NetSuite
