Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate and social impact roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Navigate and influence challenging hiring managers with professionalism and confidence
• Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates in competitive talent markets
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for mission-critical positions
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Profile

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including comfort working with difficult hiring managers
• Experience recruiting for social impact, program, or mission-oriented roles highly valued
• Familiarity with UKG preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
