Salesforce Tester

We are looking for a Salesforce Tester with expertise in Financial Services and Funds Administration. This role involves reviewing Salesforce requirements, writing and executing test cases, documenting defects, and presenting test results. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery of IT application services and the implementation of our IT strategy.

Description

• Collaborate with the PM and BA to review requirements and develop a comprehensive test strategy.
• Occasionally take the lead in guiding other testers throughout the testing process.
• Contribute to test effort estimation and provide input for resource allocation.
• Create and execute test cases aligned with functional requirements, including ad-hoc, regression, and performance testing.
• Work closely with BAs and developers to clarify requirements, establish test plans, and troubleshoot defects while supporting stakeholders during UAT and adhering to the Client's testing framework.

IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THIS CANDIDATE HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALESFORCE TESTING COVERING SALES CLOUD AND COMMUNITIES! Profile

• In-depth IT knowledge, particularly in system and system integration testing, requirement analysis, test preparation, execution, and defect management.
• Proficiency in both functional and non-functional testing, including progression testing for success and exception paths, as well as regression testing.
• Strong understanding of test data and experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps and SQL/query writing.
• Familiarity with testing data file formats and content, enhancing overall testing effectiveness.
• Preferred exposure to SQL Server, Salesforce, UI Path RPA, automated batch job schedulers, and holding an ISTQB Test Analyst certification.
