Interior Designer - Miami, FL
- Overseeing the design process for development projects in the Luxury residential/multifamily/hospitality sector.
- Working through all aspects of design from pre-development through quality control/ staging/ model residences & managing art curations.

This real estate/ development company is highly reputable and well known in the property and construction industry in Miami, FL. They specialize in high end, luxury multifamily/ hospitality/ high rise work throughout the South Florida market and works with the top GCs in the area. They are actively looking for someone in an Interior Design role to work with several difference teams throughout the company, helping see projects through frorm a design standpoint start through finish.
Description
The Interior Designer oversees the design process for development projects, ensuring quality and budget alignment. They collaborate with internal teams and external design partners, manage timelines, and coordinate design elements like furnishings and artwork. Additionally, they work with Marketing and Sales teams to create sales galleries and model residences that reflect the project's vision. Strong project management and design skills are essential.
Profile
- A valid Interior Design license or certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of interior design experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in the luxury real estate industry.
- Demonstrated experience in decorating interior spaces.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Illustrator, or similar design software.
- In-depth knowledge of finishes and furniture systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and understand client needs.
