Architect - Miami, FL
- Working directly with a general contractor as an Architect
- 3+ Years of Experience in residential or commercial architecture.

A growing General Contractor in Miami, FL is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join their team. This role will involve designing and overseeing commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative designs that align with client needs.
Description
- Develop and oversee architectural designs for commercial and residential projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure feasibility and compliance
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address design-related challenges
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations
- Work closely with clients to incorporate their vision into the final design
Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (preferred)
- Licensed Architect (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in commercial and residential construction projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of Florida building codes and construction standards
- Excellent communication and project management skills
Job Offer
- Starting salary ranges from $65-85,000 a year
