A growing General Contractor in Miami, FL is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join their team. This role will involve designing and overseeing commercial and residential construction projects, ensuring high-quality and innovative designs that align with client needs.

Description

• Develop and oversee architectural designs for commercial and residential projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure feasibility and compliance
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address design-related challenges
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, zoning laws, and industry regulations
• Work closely with clients to incorporate their vision into the final design

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (preferred)
• Licensed Architect (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in commercial and residential construction projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software
• Strong understanding of Florida building codes and construction standards
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Job Offer

• Starting salary ranges from $65-85,000 a year
