We are seeking a driven Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager to support a rapidly growing dry utilities contractor specializing in mission critical / data center infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved in high-impact projects supporting some of the most advanced facilities in the industry.

Description

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and overall coordination
  • Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
  • Track project progress, budgets, and key milestones
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support procurement efforts and help manage material deliveries
  • Review drawings and specifications to ensure project compliance
  • Assist with cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting
  • Participate in job site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Help ensure safety standards and company procedures are followed
  • Support project closeout including punch lists and final documentation

Profile

  • 1-4+ years of experience in construction
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Procore or similar software is a plus)
  • Willingness to be in both office and field environment
