Payroll Analyst - Onsite NYC - $80K - $90K

A leading global financial services firm is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join its growing team in New York. This position offers the opportunity to work in a high-impact, fast-paced environment supporting a complex, multi-entity payroll function. MUST have Workday payroll processing experience and a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting a population of at least 1K. Fully on site in Manahattan, $80K - $90K.

Description

• Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll for multi-state U.S. employees using Workday
• Maintain and audit payroll data, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve issues and improve processes
• Support year-end activities, including W-2s, payroll reconciliations, and audits
• Ensure all payroll activities comply with relevant tax and labor regulations
• Support the development of scalable, compliant payroll processes as the team grows

Profile

• 7+ years of U.S. payroll processing experience in a fast-paced, multi-state environment
• Workday payroll processing required
• Experience in large organizations (1,000+ employees) required
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• High level of accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail
