The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee mechanical construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. PMs typically manage 1-5 projects concurrently depending on size and complexity.

Description
Mechanical Project Manager - Sterling,VA - WFH Capabilities will do:
- Lead and manage mechanical construction projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and VRF systems
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GCs, clients, subcontractors, and internal project stakeholders
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and resource planning
- Conduct regular site visits and ensure adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, and project specifications
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, financial reports, and closeout documentation
- Participate in design-build/design‑assist processes and value engineering initiatives
- Support and maintain strong relationships with long-standing GC partners
- Proactively identify project risks and resolve challenges to maintain project momentum
Profile
Mechanical Project Manager - Sterling,VA - WFH Capabilities will have:
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management
- Strong understanding of HVAC, VRF, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Experience managing multiple large-scale commercial projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management and construction software
- Ability to travel to job sites throughout the DMV region

Job Offer
- Salary range: $100K-$145K depending on experience
- Vehicle allowance of $500-$600 per month
- Annual discretionary bonus for all employees
