Senior Manager, FP&A
This Senior FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions. The role partners with senior leadership to evaluate financial performance, develop forecasts, and provide insights that help drive growth and improve profitability.

Description
Serve as a strategic financial partner to business leaders by identifying key trends, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
Lead the full financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to monitor KPIs, analyze door productivity, and evaluate retailer P&L performance.
Design and maintain KPI dashboards to improve visibility and support executive decision-making.
Work closely with Global and Local Finance teams to ensure financial data accuracy and alignment across the organization.
Translate complex financial data into clear insights and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business strategy and key decisions.
Assist with capital investment planning and support strategic growth initiatives.
Partner cross-functionally to align financial plans with overall business objectives.
Conduct pre-close month-end reviews to identify financial variances, risks, and performance trends.
Support local statutory reporting and administrative finance requirements.
Prepare monthly business review materials highlighting financial performance and KPIs.
Deliver actionable insights to support leadership decision-making and business performance.
Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and dashboards for executive leadership.
Support executive and board-level financial reporting as needed.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of the month-end close process.
Maintain integrity, accuracy, and consistency across financial systems and planning tools.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation is preferred.
Over 6 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
Background in beauty, luxury, retail, or consumer goods is preferred.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional commercial teams.
Proficiency in SAP, SAP BW, NetSuite, or comparable ERP and BI systems.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment.
