Superintendent - 3 Year Long Multifamily Project - $30M

Description

• Support the Superintendent by managing contract and subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Verify subcontractor layouts to ensure compliance with control, line, and grade standards.
• Monitor production rates and record them in a logbook for future scheduling.
• Report field conditions and issues to the Superintendent.
• Oversee job progress on-site to ensure adherence to contract documents and the Quality Control Program.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and execute project plans and schedules.
• Prepare documentation for the project closeout process as directed by the Superintendent.
• Coach and develop field engineers to enhance their skills.
• Maintain the Construction Management Plan and coordinate logistics.

Profile

The right candidate will have:

• Over 5 years of experience as a Superintendent leading projects, preferably in multifamily or residential construction.
• Proficient in using construction software such as Procore and Bluebeam.
• Proven track record in successfully overseeing ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects.
