The Senior Estimator will play a key role in overseeing cost estimation for commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M. This position is based in Johnstown and requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in project planning and budgeting.

Description

A successful Senior Estimator will:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $25M.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
• Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and documentation to determine material and labor requirements.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor and update estimates throughout the project lifecycle to reflect any changes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards during the estimation process.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for future reference and audits.
