Description

• Develop strategies that will grow the retailer's category and overall business.
• Lead development of annual quotas and profit plan.
• Foster an environment that generates breakthrough ideas and leads a collaborative environment
• Work cross-functionally with all departments including Marketing, Supply Chain, Communications and Operations both internally and at the customer level
• Lead sales action plans; monitor actual results vs. plan throughout the year, adjusting when appropriate
• Use expertise on customer accounts to understand the retailer's needs, strategies, and objective

Profile

* Bachelors/University degree
* 3+ years sales experience in Loss Prevention solutions for retailers
* Persuasive / Sales Ability / Negotiation Skills
* Relationship management within account and end-user
* Experience Growing Revenue and establishing new business partnerships
* Solid analytical skills and acute attention to details
* Strong project management skills
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and exceptional drive for results
* Advanced skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Job Offer
