Assistant Project Manager - Tampa
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the successful execution of commercial and healthcare construction projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with general construction experience who are eager to step into project management and grow in their careers.

Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, and submittals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders while resolving any project-related challenges.
Profile
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Has general construction experience; no prior Assistant Project Manager experience is necessary.
- Is a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or construction professional hungry for career growth.
- Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Is proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) or is willing to learn.
- Displays a proactive attitude with a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
