Accounts Receivable Associate
We are seeking a strong Accounts Receivable professional to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will handle all aspects of accounts receivable duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within the department.

Description
- Handle accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, cash application, and account reconciliation.
- Work closely with the sales team to resolve billing issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding account statuses and resolve any discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and analyze reports regarding accounts receivable status.
- Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to departmental goals and objectives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Associate should have:
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable procedures and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
