Our client is a leading European discount retail chain with nearly 3,000 stores across 14 countries and a customer base of over 18 million weekly visitors. They are set to expand their footprint into the United States market, starting within the Carolinas region. They are looking for a Owners Rep Realestate Project Manager to help lead out the expansion in Charlotte and the Carolinas region overall.

Description

As a Project Manager, you will lead and execute strategic projects that drive business growth and operational improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing operational capabilities, expanding market presence, and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, objectives, and deliverables, and manage timelines and resources effectively.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using appropriate tools, ensuring delivery within schedule and budget.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned to improve future project execution.

Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of cosntruction project management experience, preferably in retail or a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
