Estimator - Commercial Construction

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and project proposals within the property construction industry. This role requires a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of construction methodologies and cost analysis.

Description

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
• Analyze project requirements and specifications to determine costs.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure alignment on project budgets.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, materials, and labor costs.
• Prepare and present proposals and budgets to stakeholders.
• Assist in contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Support project teams with updates on cost implications and adjustments.
