About the client:
My client is a Nationally Ranked Real Estate developer that is well established in the Boston market and Nationwide. They specialize in lease negotiations, structuring, owner user acquisitions, construction management, project management, portfolio management, lease auditing, lease administration, capital markets, and facility management. They have repeatedly been ranked as the number one place to work by Forces List and have an immaculate culture.They are working to expand their Project Management team and have a full backlog of work in the Boston market. This role as a Senior Project Manager will give you the opportunity to take a huge stepping stone in your career and give you the ability to grow and nurture this team.
Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing all aspects of multiple (at a time) construction projects from inception to completion
- Interface with clients and brokers
- Assisting in the review of Lease and Work Letters as it pertains to construction related projects
- Daily involvement in directly managing ongoing complex projects
- Manage up to two internal Project Managers and/or Project Engineers
- Develop project budgets, timelines, and client directed goals
- Manage change orders, invoicing, tenant improvement, project close outs
- Manage lease negotiation, must be proficient in this
Profile
The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:
- 5 -10 years in a Senior/ Lead Project Management position
- Experience with Tenant Interiors, Hardware Technology & Advanced Manufacturing projects
- Experience with managing people and/or a team
- Proficient in Bluebeam, Excel, Word, and Project
- Personality of a self starter and possess a strong ability to handle multiple projects at a time
- Time Management skills
- Experience with client facing relations, maintain a strong working relationship with clients
- Be open to commuting to office and project sites
Job Offer
The Senior Project Manager will receive:
- Must be in Boston or commutable to Boston office/ surrounding suburbs
- Comp up to $190k
- 100% Employer Covered Health Care, Dental, Vision

- Bonus potential - 10 - 15%
- 2 weeks PTO, 16 company holidays, week off between NYE and Christmas
