Senior Project Manager - Wastewater Projects - Canton, MA
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex civil and utility projects, focusing primarily on water and wastewater infrastructure. This high-impact role reports directly to the CEO and Project Executive and is responsible for project planning, execution, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project completion.

Description
- Project Leadership: Drive projects from inception through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Client and Team Collaboration: Maintain strong client relationships while overseeing project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Process Management: Utilize Procore, B2W, and Primavera to manage project documentation, scheduling, and workflows effectively.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to ensure project objectives align with client expectations and timelines.
Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in project management, with a civil, utility, or water/wastewater focus. Experience in public projects is advantageous.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams to project success.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Procore, B2W, and Primavera is required.
