Project Manager | Commercial TI | San Francisco
The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects within the business services industry, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role is based in San Francisco and requires strong project management skills and industry expertise. Client Details
My client is a mid-sized, rapidly growing Commercial TI General Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality interiors projects across the Bay Area. Backed by a robust backlog, repeat clients, and several large upcoming projects - including a recently awarded 150,000+ SF TI - they are expanding their team as they continue to scale.
Current annual revenue is approximately $65-75M, with projected growth to $100-150M next year. They are hiring for long-term cultural fit and future leaders rather than tying roles to specific jobs.

Description
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Manage procurement processes, including negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams to achieve optimal performance.
