Description

As a Process Engineer, you will be the driving force behind process optimization and efficiency improvements across production lines.

• Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement strategies.
• Develop and maintain process specifications, work instructions, and control plans.
• Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues related to materials, equipment, and processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Support capital equipment justification and layout planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Profile

The ideal Process Engineer will be a hands-on problem solver with strong technical expertise and a passion for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and related methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Preferred: Six Sigma certification and experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
