Billing Coordinator - Remote
This role supports a group of attorneys by managing all phases of the billing cycle, including invoice preparation, submission, and compliance with client guidelines. It involves hands-on collaboration with partners, associates, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely client billing.

Description
Full-cycle billing for assigned partners (prebills, revisions, e-bills, final invoices)
Monitor and manage WIP, write-offs, and discounts
Ensure compliance with outside counsel billing guidelines
Communicate with partners and teams to coordinate billing status
Use billing systems and document management tools
Create reports, projections, and provide billing analysis
Work in the office at least 3 days per week (hybrid policy)
Profile
2-4 years of law firm billing experience
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, e-billing tools, and document management systems
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Self-starter who works well independently and within a team
Able to handle pressure, competing deadlines, and prioritize effectively
Bachelor's in business, accounting, or finance preferred
