Project Manager - Rocky Mount

Description
- Lead 1-2 construction projects from precon through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
- Support preconstruction and client communication
- Ensure safety and quality compliance on all sites
- Collaborate with internal teams to build project pipeline
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- Experience in CMAR, design-build, or hard bid projects
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Stable career history with reputable contractors
Job Offer
Salary up to $135K
- $800/month vehicle allowance
