Description

• Lead 1-2 construction projects from precon through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and budgets
• Support preconstruction and client communication
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on all sites
• Collaborate with internal teams to build project pipeline

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Experience in CMAR, design-build, or hard bid projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Stable career history with reputable contractors
