Program Manager - Aerospace - East Kingston, NH
The Program Manager III oversees full lifecycle program execution, aligning project objectives with contractual, customer, and company goals. This includes schedule control, risk management, reporting on deliverables, and coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure program success

Description
This Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Define program objectives, strategies, and customer‑aligned deliverables.
- Maintain structured and proactive customer communication plans.
- Control schedule and cost performance to meet program commitments.
- Administer project risk management and develop mitigation plans.
- Review project schedules with functional managers and coordinators.
- Report progress, accomplishments, and milestone status

Profile
A successful Program Manager should have:
- 5+ years of program or project management experience (or equivalent combinations of education/experience).
- Strong background in cost/schedule management, cross‑functional coordination, and project execution.
- Proficiency with MS Project for scheduling and program planning.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) for tracking cost and schedule performance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to meet requirements for work involving export controlled information (ITAR/EAR).
