They manage high profile Educational/ Health care/ Corporate projects up to $100M.

Description

• Managing projects $10M+ throughout every step of the way. From start to finish
• Managing a team of contractors, superintendents, and subcontractors effectively
• Being the face to their high profile clientele
• Coordinate RFI's, submittals, and all transmittal's with project architects, engineers, owners and field personnel
• Completing projects ontime and under budget.
• Inspect all work to insure compliance with plans and specifications
• Attend weekly meetings/update calls with VP of Construction

Profile

• At least 8+ years in related construction field
• At least 3+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing ground up Academic/ Health care/ Corporate/ Commercial projects from start to finish
• Experience managing projects up to at least $10 Million in value
• Professional communication skills
• A position and motivated attitude
