Assistant Project Manager
As Assistant Project Manager, you will support project delivery for high-end commercial fit outs and ground up construction projects across NYC.
Client Details
A well-established general contractor and construction manager, in business for over 30 years. With 50-60 employees, they specialize in corporate, retail, specialty fit-outs, as well as ground up construction projects across the city. Known for their collaborative, family-like culture and consistent project volume.
Description
- Assist in managing interior fit-out projects and ground up construction ranging from $1M-$20M+
- Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain schedules, RFIs, and submittals
- Attend client meetings and document project updates
- Use project management software (Ex. Procore, PlanGrid) for tracking and communication
- Maintain a polished, professional presence with clients and internal teams
Profile
- 2-4 years Assistant Projecr Manager experience in NYC commercial interiors and/or ground up construction.
- Understands construction documents and project coordination
- Is confident, polished, and thrives in a collaborative environment
- Holds a degree in construction, engineering, or architecture (preferred)
- Proficient with Procore and/or PlanGrid
