Project Manager - High Profile Indy Projects

$105,000 - $125,000/Year

Provide leadership to project teams to meet or exceed design, construction, quality, schedule, budget, cost control, and safety objectives throughout the project life cycle.

The company delivers projects ranging from $10M to $80M and seeks experienced professionals who exemplify reliability, integrity, care, and trust. Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Embody the company's core values of competence, reliability, sincerity, and care

  • Lead the pre-construction process collaboratively, leveraging the company's extensive database and resources

  • Develop and manage overall project schedules, typically using Pull-Planning and software such as Project Site

  • Facilitate clash detection and resolution to ensure project efficiency and success

  • Lead owner meetings and maintain communication at the level requested by the client

  • Monitor and control project risks and costs, proactively addressing issues and reporting potential overruns to supervisors

  • Prepare monthly profit projections and track financial performance

  • Plan and lead project close-out from the outset, keeping all stakeholders informed of steps and implications

  • Ensure all necessary elements are accurate and available for client billing on agreed-upon dates

Profile

Successful Candidate:

  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes

  • Commitment to working within an inclusive and diverse team

  • Proven track record of safe, timely, and successful project delivery

  • Excellent planning, scheduling, and risk/cost management skills

  • High sensitivity to client needs and ability to communicate effectively with clients, A/E teams, contractors, and project staff

  • Proficiency with Procore, Prolog/Encompass, PlanGrid, and Textura

  • OSHA 30 certification
