Senior Business Analyst
A client is looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst as they increase their bandwidth of production support in their New York office. This person will join a team of 25 and needs to be senior enough to take requirements and run with them on thier own.

The client is an established financial services firm.
Description
Analyze stakeholder needs, lead workshops, and create clear, agreed-upon documentation of business and technical requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to align requirements with effective technology solutions.
Contribute to business architecture and solution design to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Support delivery of strategic roadmaps, track risks and dependencies, and keep project managers informed on progress.
Ensure services meet evolving business needs and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Profile
Must Haves:
- 10+ YOE as a Business Analyst in Financial Services
- Low latency fixed income experience
- Agile, JIRA
Plusses:
- Undferstanding of post-trade and credit trading
