Assistant Project Manager - St. Louis - Local
Assistant Project Management position with a quickly growing general contractor based out of St. Louis, MO. One of the most stable general contractors in the St. Louis area.
Client Details
- Small/Mid sized general contractor with about 15 employees
- Focused on Commercial offices, TI, Warehouse, Medical office, Municipal, and Education projects
- Typical project size of $5M
- Projects get up to $20M
- All local work to St. Louis
- Quickly growing and stable company
- Newer company that values the opinions of all employees
Description
- Assisting in project implementation
- Ability to run a project from start to closeout
- Help with awarding contracts to vendors
- Managing schedules, cost book, change orders, and clients
- Can be assigned to multiple different projects
- Gaining experience with estimating and preconstruction efforts
Profile
- Engineering degree is strongly preferred
- Experience working with people from multiple different backgrounds
- Strong tenure with previous companies
- 3-5 years of construction experience
- Someone who can hit the ground running
