OSHPD Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager - OSHPD Specialist will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of healthcare construction projects. This individual will ensure compliance with OSHPD regulations, maintain strong client relationships, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in OSHPD (Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development) projects to join our dynamic team.
Description
- Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout, ensuring adherence to OSHPD standards.
- Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules, monitoring progress and resolving issues as they arise.
- Serve as the primary liaison with OSHPD, architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and change management processes.
- Lead project meetings, providing updates to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of project management experience, with a focus on OSHPD-regulated healthcare projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of OSHPD regulations, policies, and approval processes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale healthcare construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
