The Quality Manager will lead the development and implementation of quality control processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. Description

  • The QUality Manager will manage the development and execution of quality control procedures, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and promote continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Profile

  • Demonstrated expertise in quality management and process enhancement.
  • In-depth understanding of quality control standards and regulatory compliance, including experience assisting with AS9100 audits and certification renewals.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capability to analyze data and develop effective quality assurance strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Preferred certifications in quality management, such as CQM or Six Sigma
