Description

The Project Executive will:

  • Plan and implement large projects
  • Direct and lead the work of technical staff
  • Evaluate new strategies and procedures
  • Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met on all projects
  • Maintain required project documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between business and owner of projects
  • Write and review owner contracts
  • Business Development

Profile

The Successful Project Executive:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil Engineering required
  • 15-20+ years of experience in Construction
  • Ground-up experience
  • Commercial, automotive, multifamily, warehouse, education, or health care experience
  • Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details
  • Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications, contracts, drawings, legal agreements, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
  • Extremely tech savvy and driven
  • Ability to work with anyone
  • Interest and skill set to train others
