Inside Sales Manager - High Performance Cables/Components
The Inside Sales Manager will lead and manage sales strategies within the Medical Device and Medical Manufacturing space. This role will be a player-coach position, working with your team and hitting your own sales goals.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of high performance cable systems and components. They serve many critical industries, but this role is focused on the Medical Device and Medical Manufacturing sectors. They are well established and respected around the globe, allowing them to combine global resources with specialized engineering to deliver advanced cable solutions for critical applications.
Description
- Work with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement the sales and marketing plan.
- Manage and ensure Inside Sales Representative team is operating at a world class level
- KPIs
- Customer Response Time
- Quote Turn-around Time
- Continuous improvement around customer experience (i.e. RFQs, Quotes, Service, etc.) - Mgmt Assessment
- BRM meetings with all customers
- Effectively represent 'Voice of the Customer' within the organization
- Work with other internal departments to manage customer orders and resolve any issues
- Articulate customer needs and requirements within the organization
- Drive continuous improvement within the sales administration & operations process
- Report on sales metrics and forecasts
- You will have your own sales metrics and sales responsibilities as well
Profile
A successful Inside Sales Manager should have:
- Experience selling manufactured products/equipment intoOEMs - REQUIRED
- Medical OEMs and Medical Device sales experience is most relevant. B2B Sales experience selling into other types of OEMs is sufficient
- Experience managing a team or direct reports
- Experience managing a team while balancing your own sales quota
- Experience collaborating internally with other departments to achieve common goals
- Technical aptitude to learn new products and product applications
- Well organized with understanding of time management
- Ability to be onsite in Rhode Island Office - Onsite role w/ potential hybrid flexibility
