Description

• Estimating & Cost Analysis: Prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze project documents, and develop conceptual budgets.
• Bid Preparation: Compile competitive bids, solicit/evaluate subcontractor quotes, and ensure proposal accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to align estimates with project goals.
• Value Engineering & Risk Assessment: Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess project risks.
• Documentation: Maintain estimate records, generate reports, and track historical cost data.

Profile

• 5+ years estimating/preconstruction experience
• Preference for previous CM at Risk project experience
• Previous commercial, public/municipal project experience >5M
• 4 year Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field of study desired
• Must have an outstanding business acumen and professional demeanor to manage client relationships
• Software proficiency with the following preferred but not required: REVIT, 3D Models, AutoDesk, Procore, Onscreen Takeoff

• Base salary 110K+ contingent on experience
