Experimental Marketing Manager
As a Marketing & Events Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the company's thought leadership and brand awareness through strategic marketing and event execution. Reporting to the Marketing Executive (India-based) and collaborating closely with the Houston-based Co-Founders.

Our client is an innovative leader in the software and AI space, driving technology solutions that shape the future of the industry. They are seeking a dynamic Marketing & Events Specialist to elevate their brand presence and lead strategic marketing initiatives.
Description
- Lead the planning and execution of in-person and virtual events such as conferences, webinars, podcasts, and networking sessions.
- Develop and manage engaging marketing campaigns to drive event participation and brand recognition.
- Conceptualize and host customer interviews, podcasts, and live discussions to position the company as a thought leader.
- Coordinate all event logistics, including theme development, agenda planning, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business goals.
- Manage budgets for event marketing initiatives and analyze performance metrics to enhance future campaigns.
- Oversee content development for email marketing, social media outreach, and promotional materials.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event planning and brand engagement.
- Strong background in the SaaS or technology sector preferred.
- Proven success in executing both virtual and in-person events.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand-building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in media content production is a plus.
- Must be based in Houston's Woodland area and available to work on-site.
