Project Manager - Luxury Home Construction
We're seeking an experienced Custom Home Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role requires overseeing every stage of luxury home construction, ensuring each project meets quality standards, timeline, and budget.

Description
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, handle cost reporting, and work to control expenses.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of work performed by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed on progress and addressing concerns promptly.
- Vendor and Subcontractor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential issues early on, implementing solutions to mitigate project
Profile
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing luxury residential projects from inception through completion. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in balancing quality control with budget constraints. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role involves regular client interactions and coordinating a diverse team. Proficiency in project management software and a solid understanding of local building codes and permitting processes are also required.
