D365 Contractor

This is an experienced and highly capable contractor to lead the implementation of an on-premise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solution at our Space & Defense facility. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in D365 Sales, strong project management skills, and a proven track record within the aerospace and defense sector.

Description

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of D365 Sales, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry standards.
• Configure and customize D365 Sales to meet specific business needs.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Conduct comprehensive system testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure a smooth deployment.
• Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new system.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks promptly.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Profile

• Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, preferably in an on-premise environment.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Familiarity with the aerospace and defense industry and its specific requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications in D365 Sales and project management are a plus.
