Assistant PM - Public Works Construction - Queens, NY
The Assistant PM - Public Works Construction - Queens, NY will support the successful execution of construction projects in the public works sector. This role is based in Queens, New York and focuses on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Assistant PM - Public Works Construction - Queens, NY will be a leader within the general contractor's construction team.

Description
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing public works construction projects in Brooklyn, NY.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet established goals.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and local codes.
- Address project challenges and provide effective solutions to maintain progress.
- Support senior project managers in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communicate project updates and milestones to key stakeholders effectively.

Profile
A successful Assistant PM - Commercial Construction - New York, New York should have:
- Relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience working on public works or large-scale construction projects in the property industry.
