Description

• Analyze, investigate, and resolve equipment and process issues, addressing both mechanical and electrical challenges.
• Develop, update, and maintain all process and maintenance procedures and work instructions to enhance and streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot and repair production-related equipment.
• Lead and manage Continuous Improvement projects.
• Contribute to new product development by participating in design, testing, and validation activities.
• Oversee project management for new equipment acquisitions and general maintenance projects as needed.
• Create, review, and revise documentation using the Document Control and Engineering Change Request (ECR) systems.
• Support Quality and R&D teams by investigating non-conforming product issues and customer complaints, providing resolutions, and documenting findings.

The successful candidate will be an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining complex equipment and processes. They will excel in managing continuous improvement projects, possess robust problem-solving skills, and be adept at updating and maintaining process documentation. Job Offer

• Competitive base salary of $120,000- $130,000
