Mechanical Maintenance Manager- Manufacturing- Worchester, MA
The Maintenance Manager oversees troubleshooting and repair of equipment and processes, manages continuous improvement projects, and supports new product development. This role also involves updating and maintaining process documentation and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Description
- Analyze, investigate, and resolve equipment and process issues, addressing both mechanical and electrical challenges.
- Develop, update, and maintain all process and maintenance procedures and work instructions to enhance and streamline operations.
- Troubleshoot and repair production-related equipment.
- Lead and manage Continuous Improvement projects.
- Contribute to new product development by participating in design, testing, and validation activities.
- Oversee project management for new equipment acquisitions and general maintenance projects as needed.
- Create, review, and revise documentation using the Document Control and Engineering Change Request (ECR) systems.
- Support Quality and R&D teams by investigating non-conforming product issues and customer complaints, providing resolutions, and documenting findings.
Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in troubleshooting and maintaining complex equipment and processes. They will excel in managing continuous improvement projects, possess robust problem-solving skills, and be adept at updating and maintaining process documentation. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and a collaborative approach to supporting new product development and quality assurance are essential.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary of $120,000- $130,000
