Our client is a multidisciplinary engineering and construction firm specializing in providing comprehensive design-build solutions for projects spanning various sectors, including municipal, industrial, commercial, medical, retail, storage, warehouse, and institutional developments.

Description
- Support the planning and coordination of construction projects across multiple sectors, including medical, retail, warehouse, and municipal facilities.
- Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones and budgets are met.
- Utilize project management tools like Procore to track progress and streamline communication.
- Monitor schedules and help address issues that arise to keep projects on track.
Profile
- Savvy with Procore.
- Design Build experience not required but preferred.
- Strong paperwork management and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Proficiency in project management software and familiarity with design-build methodologies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction estimating and scheduling processes.
Job Offer
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
Type: Full-Time, Office-Based
