Civil PM/Estimator

We are seeking a dedicated Civil PM/Estimator to join our Construction team in Niagara Falls. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail in order to excel with this civil company.

Description

• Lead cost estimates and manage construction projects
• Coordinate with project team for planning and scheduling
• Prepare bids and proposals for new projects
• Oversee and review contractor performance
• Ensure project deadlines are met
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor project costs and report any discrepancies
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Profile

A successful Civil PM/Estimator should have:

• Civil experience running projects start to finish
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Experience in project management and cost estimation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in project management and estimating software
