Multifamily Project Manager - Ground-Up Construction
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to oversee all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality assets.

A well respected, mid sized general contractor specializing in high-quality multifamily projects. With a portfolio that includes both urban and suburban communities, we are committed to delivering projects that enhance the way people live and work. As we expand, we are seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to lead new ground-up developments from inception to completion.
Description
Manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
Lead pre-construction efforts including permitting, bidding, and subcontractor selection.
Direct on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to plans, specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
Prepare and present regular project updates, forecasts, and risk assessments to senior leadership.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with contract terms, local regulations, and company standards.
Profile
5+ years of experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
OSHA certification or other safety training a plus.
