Project Manager - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte
Our client is looking for a strong Project Manager with Commercial and Light Industrial experience in Charlotte! This role is for an extremely reputable client with a large presence in the Carolinas, dedicated to safety and client satisfaction.
Client Details
Our client is a top contractor, not only in the Carolinas, but also the entire country! They are a Top 300 ENR GC that has been building in the Carolinas since the late 1970's. They have won numerous awards for their projects and have developed great relationships with clients and subs in the markets they serve. They build schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and industrial buildings such as warehouses and distribution centers, typically in the range of $10-50M. There has been a significant amount of growth in the Charlotte market and they are currently looking to add to their team.

The Project Manager - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Leading commercial projects from start through completion
- Managing deadlines and making sure timelines are met
- Coordinating with necessary project team members
- Positive client feedback/satisfaction
- Building relationships with internal/external parties
Profile
The Project Manager - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte should have:
- 5+ years of construction Project Manager experience with a general contractor is required
- Experience on ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or relevant degree preferred

Job Offer
The Project Manager - Top 300 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will receive:
- Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $100,000-$140,000
- Discretionary bonuses
- Vehicle allowance provided

- Pipeline of projects local to Charlotte
