Senior Production Planner

This role is responsible for developing and managing production schedules across a two-site manufacturing network to ensure timely product delivery and operational efficiency. The Senior Production Planner will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply, demand, and resources while driving continuous improvements in planning and execution.

Description

• Build systems, processes, and organizational capabilities to support key business functions across production and supply chain operations.
• Support decision-making and drive improvements across areas such as production scheduling, materials planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and supply chain execution.
• Identify and address gaps between supply, resources, and demand while aligning plans to meet customer needs.
• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on forecasts, available resources, and material readiness.
• Monitor production workflows to proactively identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure on-time availability of raw materials and components.
• Collaborate closely with manufacturing, logistics, and quality control teams to achieve production targets.
• Analyze production performance data to identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and schedule adherence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting production timelines.
• Effectively communicate results and updates to stakeholders via written reports, presentations, and meetings

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
