Description
- Lead and manage all site activities for the tilt wall warehouse project, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Oversee the construction schedule, monitor project timelines, and address challenges proactively.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain high standards of work.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Communicate progress to stakeholders, including the Project Manager and clients, through regular updates.
- Inspect work for compliance with plans and specifications and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain project documentation, including daily reports and site photos.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent in tilt wall construction, with a focus on warehouse or industrial projects.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large, multi-disciplinary teams effectively.
- Expertise in scheduling, cost management, and ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and tilt wall construction methods.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to maintain smooth operations.
- A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality projects.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
