A well-established general contractor is seeking a Project Manager with public project experience to lead a municipal field station project in Okeechobee, FL.

Description

• Oversee all phases of the field station project from pre-construction to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with municipal and government regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for municipal clients and stakeholders.
• Lead job site coordination meetings and ensure safety standards are met.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Maintain clear communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in public projects.
• Proven expertise working on municipal or government-funded construction.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple project components while meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
