Project Manager- Public Construction
A well-established general contractor is seeking a Project Manager with public project experience to lead a municipal field station project in Okeechobee, FL.

Description
- Oversee all phases of the field station project from pre-construction to completion.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with municipal and government regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for municipal clients and stakeholders.
- Lead job site coordination meetings and ensure safety standards are met.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Maintain clear communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in public projects.
- Proven expertise working on municipal or government-funded construction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and client relationships.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple project components while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
