Project Coordinator - West Palm Beach, FL
- Commercial & Residential General Contractor looking for a Project Coordinator
- Experience handling permitting, schedules, & organizing submittals, etc.
Client Details
This general contractor has been in the industry in South Florida for over 10 years with a strong pipeline of repeat clients and is rapidly growing. They focus in the general commercial sector with upcoming work in medical offices/ clinics, data centers, auto/retail, etc. They are actively seeking for a project coordinator that has experience with a general contractor and understands basic construction documents.
Description
- Coordinate and manage licensing and permitting
- Oversee the close-out of permits and ensure timely project compliance
- Handle subcontracts, lien waivers, and subcontractor warranties
- Manage subcontractor insurance certificates
- Prepare and track AIA contracts and AIA billing
- Maintain accurate data entry for budgets, billing, and project documentation
Profile
- Prior experience in a construction office or similar clerical/project coordination role
- Strong working knowledge of submittals, warranties, and permits.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with construction permitting and licensing requirements
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Job Offer
- Base Salary $60K+
