Project Manager - Tilt Wall
- We are seeking a Project Manager for Mixed Commercial Construction to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse commercial projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- This role involves coordinating teams, managing client relationships, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Description
Project Planning: Develop and implement detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective collaboration among all stakeholders, including subcontractors and suppliers.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain financially viable.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements through regular inspections.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.
Schedule Management: Maintain and update project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to accommodate changes or delays.
Problem-Solving: Address challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Profile
The successful candidate will have a strong background in mixed commercial construction project management, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. They will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a solid understanding of construction processes and safety regulations, and relevant industry certifications that enhance their qualifications.
