Description

• Managing and overseeing the commercial leasing operations for primarily commercial office and retail spaces, often within their mixed use multifamily developments.
• Developing strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy
• Negotiating lease renewals and maintaining positive tenant relationships
• Conducting market research to stay updated with real estate trends
• Ensuring timely collection of rent and managing lease administration
• Coordinating with legal department for lease agreements and contract preparation
• Monitoring property maintenance and addressing tenant concerns
• Preparing regular leasing reports and updates for senior management
