Project Manager - Mechanical Construction

Description
- Manage all phases of commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with design-build teams to ensure project requirements are met effectively.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain clear communication and address project needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks proactively.
- Prepare reports and documentation to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Profile
A successful Project Manager - Mechanical Construction should have:
- A strong background as a mechanical contractor with expertise in HVAC and mechanical systems.
- Experience in the commercial construction sector, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
- Familiarity with design-build projects; ESCO experience is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk mitigation.
Job Offer
- Base salary between $112K-131K, depending on experience.
- Biannual bonuses, averaging up to 20% of annual salary.
