Client Details

The Project Manager - High End/Luxury Residential key responsibilities include:

• Track & process project costs and post on Procore including subcontractor change orders, owner PCOs, and owner change orders.
• Assist in preparing & issuing subcontractors and associated documents.
• Review shop drawings and submittals. Ensure they meet architectural drawings and specifications with a cover sheet to identify the specification section and track them on Procore.
• Organize and maintain all project documents including drawings and specifications on Procore for subcontractors and all parties involved, including sketches, RFI's, meeting minutes etc.

Description

• Manage all phases of custom home construction projects up to $30M, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project specifications.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure all permits, contracts, and documentation are in place and up to date.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
